The essential oil derived from Roman Chamomile is light blue when fresh. It can be extracted from the flower and upper parts of the plant. Known for its calming properties, it is said to soothe irritation, impatience, PMS, and other menstrual and menopausal issues. Roman chamomile, an evergreen with a fresh apple aroma, is primarily cultivated in France, Belgium, and Eastern Europe.

This herb is excellent for skin issues like acne, eczema, rashes, wounds, dermatitis, dry/itchy skin and allergies. It is claimed to be effective for abdominal pain, gall bladder issues, throat infections and for relieving allergies, hay fever, and asthma.
